US data roaming not working

I paid for a US data package and it's not working

According to Public Mobile:

PM will have T-mobile 2G network for US talk. Try to manually connect to T-mobile.

Roaming is for Data only. Voice and SMS text will still work.

Data will work on LTE, but will switch over to 2G to make a call.

However, the quality of service will vary depending on the different coverage areas when roaming in the USA.

Make sure roaming is turned on and network is connected to T-MOBILE.

@ksteenbergen Roaming addons only work whilst you are in the USA. Are you currently in the USA?

If so, ensure you see the addon listed on your addon list in your My Account, click the refresher circle arrow button to see latest data.

For issues with US Roaming Add-Ons:

• Make sure data roaming is enabled in your phone settings.
• Restarting your phone should help you connect to the correct network.
• Go to the cellular or network settings in your phone, and manually select T-Mobile's network.
