On Feb 20th I purchased the US talk/text/data plan. The data did not work. I then had to purchase the US data plan to get the data that I should have received with the original purchase. I would like a refund for the second purchase since data should have been included. And help please.

@Giorshev Which add-on did you get? The $15 one doesn't include data. If you got the $30 one that does include data but it didn't work you can contact customer service at this link

An agent will reply at the envelope icon top right or tap your avatar for Messages. It seems odd that the extra add-on worked which is why I wonder if you got the $15 talk and text US roaming the first time.

@Giorshev yes PM support likely will be able to reverse one of the transactions and credit it back to your account. Please open ticket with them here
