Since the bot is not helpful and the opening-ticket link only gives me 404, I would appreciate if any other user has some helpful tips here.
I have been able to use mobile data and receive SMS with my canadian plan.
Since I have some important US calls to do I just added the US package for $15, but every attempt to call a US phone number (starting with +1, 1, or without leading 1) just gives some random error out of the set of {canceled without notification automatically, funny beeping before canceling the call automatically, telling me that I don't have any minutes left to call the US, or a 4th option I already forgot}. So I would appreciate any hints on how I can make my US calls, given that I already paid my $15.

@Manuel3 Is your phone VoLTE capable and enabled? If not you will need to try and connect to T-Mobile's 2G network.

@Manuel3 Make sure you bought the correct long distance US add on and not US roaming add on , if you did buy wrong one by accident submit ticket with support and see if they can reverse this for you

WHAT 'US package' did you purchase?
USA has US long distance minutes. US add-on (calls, SMS, data) packages are to use WHILE in USA.
To call FROM Canada you need one of these:
