Unable to make calls

I changed my subscription from 25$ to 39$. Immediately after that I am unable to make calls. And all calls received comes through as an unknown number. I have removed my sim and restart the phone but I still have same challenges. It’s very frustrating. I need immediate assistance. 
NB - feedback received is that my phone is not on the network. Though I can receive calls and use my current subscription

Did you change subscription 'now' or you did schedule change on next renewal?
What plan your account shows you have?
