I paid for the US talk/text/data and it hasn’t been applied. I need it for work now. This has happened the last couple of times. Please fix and add it to my plan. Thanks.

login your account, check the US add on is on your account. Check if the amount has been charged to your credit card.
When you are in US, make sure to connect to T Mobile if your phone didn't automatically connect to. If your phone support VoLTE, turn it on or LTE.
