I was travelling in the US (before I got the US-Canada wide plan) and I got a talk and text bundle with my points.
It never worked, and now is stuck as pending. Is there any way to get a points refund?

This did not solve the issue, and the add in never worked. Would I be able to get the redeemed points back?

if the talk/text never worked, PM can help to put the redeemed points back. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

it could be just a browser cache problem and you hence you are not seeing the correct transaction status.
Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account and My Rewards, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
