I bought a U.S. add-on for $30 but it is not working properly; I can receive texts but I cannot send them, plus I cannot make calls to Canada…. so frustrating! TIA
I believe I did because I have data, in fact I can tell how much of my add-on data has been used since arriving in Hawaii. It also says I have used zero amount of my available texting, like it’s taunting me!😟
This^^^ I had the same issue, you have to change which network your phone is connecting to, as long as it's AT&T or T-Mobile, you shouldnt have any issues. Make sure your Data Roaming is turned on!
actually sounds to me like you didn't purchase the 15 Day US Roaming add-on successfully. Can you please log in to your account and look in Subscriptions and Add-ons...just to confirm you got the right add-on.
You will need to connect to AT&T or T-Mobile network on your Network Selection for service in the USA. The connect might be better on one network than the other so try both network.
