US add on not working after changing phones

I changed my sim card from an unlocked android samsung galaxy to an unlocked iphone 12. I have a US Roaming add in that I purchased to use with the Samsung galaxy. However, when I changed the sim card from the samsung galaxy to the iphone 12, the US roaming add in does not work on the iphone. The message I receive when I try to dial a phone number in the US on the iphone is “sorry, your call cannot be completed because your plan does not include a US roaming add in”.   This message that I receive is incorrect as I still have six days left on the US add in.  Any help is appreciated.

If a network reset doesn't work you may have to update your carrier profile via iTunes or connect to wifi and follow the prompts to update the iOS first then the carrier profile.

Try resetting the network settings on the iPhone and then restart it. Also check the Carrier profile in Settings to make sure it shows Public mobile.

@pete41  Did you but the correct US roaming add on and not just a long US long distance add on by mistake ? If so ask support to reverse it for you .
