My Account is suspiciously messed up

Hi, around 5:30 pm CST, I noticed I can't send calls or messages. I logged in and noticed suspicious nonsense on my portal.

1) My portal says I have put my services on hold, which I have not,
2) The 10 dollar promo credit that should be applied to my December 15 payment is no longer showing up,
3) My portal says I am not subscribed, but will end on December 15,
4) My portal says I don't have a registered payment method

Did I get hacked or something? Because I did not do any of this.

Try rebooting your phone to see if you get working service back. Does your data work? But contacting support is a good idea.

Could we get more details?

Did you just port your number over to PM recently? If you did recently, did you reply to the text with YES from your old carrier? The one time $10 credit will be in your account after 72 hours if you used a referral code. Not a monthly credit.

If you are a longtime member, call 1-855-4PUBLIC or 611 on the status of your account.

@CarlsonJR91  That’s strange and probably just a glitch if your services are still working I think you can ignore it . But try to log out and clear web browser cache and cookies and try again incognito or private mode or from another device or even try the app instead ..if same get support to investigate what’s going on
