I purchased the 15 days services talk/text/data. After one day it stopped working

Purchased one day before trip. Still 11 days of the service left

If you have tried all that, and you still can’t get service, ask a customer support agent to consider what may be the issue.
Best case, they can help resolve it, worst case they can credit your account the amount of the purchase.

when, precisely, did you make the add-on purchase?
The add-on expires 15 days after purchase, not 15 days after entering the US.
I say this only because some other folks have purchased it a week or more prior to their departure, thinking it only came into effect once they enter the US.
If it was less than 15 days ago, and you still cannot get it to function, can you try manually selecting AT&T and or T-Mobile?
And also make sure your roaming is turned on.

Try manually connect to T-Mobile or AT&T network in your Cellular Network. Depending on the cell tower location near you. One might be better than the other one.

It is roaming: 3GB data, talk, text ($30). It was working last night from the same location. Now the phone states "Emergency calls only"

Is this a raoming add-on? If you haven't already tried, please try restarting your pyhone. If you've travelled to a different location, it's possible that the signal is weak there.
