US Roaming and Text not working

I bought a 10-day pass for US text and 500mb data. I did both steps to enable the package (I can see it listed in my account). I’ve not been able to connect properly to a US carrier. My phone says it’s on LTE with T-Mobile but I don’t have internet access and texting doesn’t work either.

 

I have tried restarting my phone, restarting my data connection, using different carriers. I’m on an iPhone.

Can’t think what it’s called but there are those data tables to load to your phone to ensure it is able to work with other carriers that PM/TELUS uses. I frequently show connected to T-Mobile in USA rather than AT&T. Inadvertently having Roaming set to off would seem to me to be a frequent cause of thinking a US roaming package was not working.

On June 11th 2019 I added US roaming while in WA state and like you the service did not work. I want my money back!

did you try to manualy fix it by manually selecting ATT under carrier.I assume you have roaming enabled
