US Roaming add on process failed

Hello.  I purchased a talk text and data add on ($20) prior to my current trip to the USA.  I started it a couple of days earlier than I’d wanted to, since I anticipated the ability to enter a start date.  So, it ran out two days early.  I signed on and tried to Add funds to my account so I could buy another add on.  I couldn’t figure out how to do that, so I proceeded to “BUY” the add on, and it was charged to my credit card. I received a receipt for the payment/purchase, but I do not see the add on in my plan.  I guessed that I had to now buy it again, since money now appeared in my account. That didn’t work either.  So, I’ve paid a total of $40 for TWO US add ons, and don’t have either of them.   Can I get some help to activate the add on before November 11th ends, as I’ll be travelling and will NOT have my phone service!  I’d also appreciate one of the $20 purchases credited back to me.  Thank you

@Fxst2001    the reason to your problem is that to re-buy the exact same US roaming addon, there is a 24 hours wait time after you used up the first 10 days.  Since you already  bought it, bought it twice, PM support can help you to activate one of them and refund you the other $20.  Just open ticket with them
