Hi,
I purchased US unlimited talk and the add on is listed on my online account but I'm getting "No Service".
I restarted my phone and off data roaming turned on in my iphone.
Is there something I can do to get it to activate?
I am already in the states.

Thanks! I'm on now. I couldn't figure out how to manually select, but random clicking around at the network providers finally appeared. It was just continually cycling on "automatic" prior.

So, you see the roaming add-on on the Plan Details page? Which one you got? The Talk-Text-Data combo? You only bought one and not multiple add-on ,right? if you got multiple , let us know which exact ones you got
Make sure you manually select T-Mobile and AT&T (but try T-Mobile first , better chance because of the 3G decommission situation) in the network provider settings
Try it in a different area, there could be network issue at where you tried in the beginning

Once you confirm you did the 2 step process to activate the add on, using T-Mobile is definitely better due to the 3G issues.

Do you mean you see it on the plan details page? Or listed as a purchase in your payment history? Or do you still see the amount paid in your balance?
If you can manually scan as mentioned then use T-Mobile.

Try to connect to AT&T or T-mobile. One could be better than the other so, if one doesn't work well, try the other one.

@Dayal108 , can you search for mobile networks to connect to and confirm that you are able to see the a roaming partner network (AT&T or T-Mobile)? You might need to manually force a connection to the network.
