HI @Chantel93 Sound like you tried Forgot password but failed because of the security question? you can change it after you have access to your My Account
But yes, you need the access back first. Open ticket with PM CS Agent. Directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

So you clicked on forgot pw are are banking on the questions. Yeah, as stated you will have to connect with an agent and provide other verification info then
