Hi
I bought my daughter the “Talk, Text, and 3 GB data”. We crossed into the US yesterday and no service.
I’ve made sure that she switch to LTE service, turned cell service off/on, and rebooted her phone twice. No luck.
She’s using an IPhone 15 with iOS 16.2.
Any help would be much appreciated

make sure to enabled Roaming Data in phone settings. For best talkabilty, cellphone needs to have volte turned on by PM...what kinda cellphone is she using ?

Do you see the add on in her self service account?
You can manually select either T mobile or AT&T US partner.
Maybe a network reset of phone (this will erase any saved Wifi passwords)
