US Add On

I purchased the unlimited US talk & text plan with 3gb data. Just wondering if this plan applies to my main number and alternate number? I see the add on under both numbers but purchased it under one plan only

Do you have 2 sims/lines in your phone? The roaming add-on only applies to the line you purchased it on.

The add-on will only be enabled for the main number. The alternate number you provided was for PM to contact you if they can’t reach your main number. 

Make sure you have data roaming enabled and that you connect to either T-Mobile or AT&T. Try both to see which one works best for you, and reboot your phone between setting changes when trying both.
