I paid for a US Ad-on but a voice comes back a says i don't have a Us Ad -on. what's the problem?

Confirm through your account you DID purchase US add-on.

Sometimes helps to use different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache to get actual status on your account.

@lstead   which US roaming add-on you got?  when did you buy it?  Roaming has a 10 days, 240 hours, expiry from the moment the add-ons is successfully purchased

 

 

Login My Account using Incognito Mode and confirm if it shows there

Also, are you trying to connect to T-Mobile?  To have voice to work , it has to connect to T-Mobile's network and use its 2GB network

Login to your account and make sure that you can see that addon listed in there.

Try dialing a number 1 first and choose another US network.
