URGENT - Not recieveing verification texts from bank and missing calls and texts.

I have recently switched to public mobile and transfered my number over from chatr. I have since not been able to recieve verifiation texts or calls from my bank. I was told to wait 3-5 days after transfering the number, I have since waited about 12 days and still no difference. I have also started to notice that I'm not recieving calls from certain people. This has led to problems with my bank as they will not send these codes via email. Is there a solution?

Hey @PhilipB 

I've heard it can take a couple of weeks for that feature to kick in. If it has been 12 days of service, you can always ask a CS Agent to reset your network on their end to maybe resolve this. Or they may ask you to wait a few more days. This is standard practice.

I got rid of my chatr sim about a month ago when I switched. I will do what you suggested, hopefully it helps. Thank you
