There seems to be an issue when PM switch to VoLTE.
Did you try add 1 in front of the number you are calling?

@Vansamcan Did you create a ticket instead of sending a message to them? They are usually pretty quick to reply, but in case you don't hear back tomorrow, I suggest put in another ticket with all the details.
