On Oct 23, 2021 I thought I renewed my U.S. Add on for 10 more days. But today, my service doesn't seem to be working? I enclose a copy of my account showing the add-ons I currently have. I wanted to renew phone and text. Have I done this? Or, do I have to purchase it?

From your screenshot, you still have data left from your current US roaming add-on.
Try different US roaming network. If you are currently connected to AT&T, change it to T-Mobile and vice versa.

According to the screenshot, you already have U.S. roaming on your account, at least an add-on that includes data. Unfortinately, it's difficult to tell from that if you've encountered of those roaming service bug that others are speaking of.

@FourJacks : US talk and text add-ons would show up after clicking on Plan Details. There's a timing bug around the end of your 10 day add-on. Maybe you could post your payment history to see what you might have bought.
To re-buy roaming add-ons you would need to wait another 24 hours or ask the CSA's to renew it for you. That's the timing bug.
Don't buy a different roaming talk or text add-on while one is active. That produces another problem.

any Add-on is it a one time purchase.
