Hello! My mom is a new Public Mobile user and has for the past few weeks been dealing with intermittent outgoing calls. For some reason, when calling other Public Mobile customers, her phone doesn't ring, even though their's does. So sometimes she has no way of knowing that the call is going through, and then other times the call just never goes through altogether. Any thoughts? She had already tried a new SIM card.

Which model phone is she using? Wondering if it can be an issue with the network changes of the 3G 850 MHz band.

when calling others, the phone have no ring until people picks up. Some had that issue and PM support agents need to refresh the account to resolve the problem, so submit them a ticket using your Mom's Public Mobile account
