Tunngle - While tethering data with wifi hotspot all ports are blocked

Hello everyone

I was having some issues using Tunngle using port 11155, it's blocked and I can't seem to find any ports that are actually open I can use tunngle with. Has anyone been able to successfully use any ports while tethering to allow UDP/TCP? I've also tried a port forwarding app but it does not do anything and the port is still closed.

Never tried using a VPN over wireless data.  It would not surprise me if there was traffic shaping going on in the network.
