Trying to verify account on new phone but not receiving text

I have my SIM installed, can make calls, send texts. But I can’t sign into my account on the phone because I don’t receive the text from Eversafe. I click resend code but nothing. It doesn’t give the chance to ask for email instead.

I see that the screenshot is not login (person avatar) to this Community. The standard way to private message a CS_Agent by clicking on your avatar top right then Messages>click on pencil icon then address your pm to a CS_Agent.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

You should get an option to receive code by email.

so, that is a new subscription or just a new sim card on an existing account?

try this workarounds:

  1. Reset your password to self service account. Once reset, sign in again with new password. Might be able to receive 2FA via email instead to gain access.
    (!!!You will need to click Resend Code and then Send email to trigger the 2FA to email)
  2. Potential workaround (for some): If you don't have access to SMS OTP, try entering an incorrect OTP code 4 times. For some individuals, this is giving the option of an email instead.

If none of those workarounds helps,  please open ticket with support by direct message here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
