Trying to port my number out, not receiving the text messages?

I've tried to port my number out from Public Mobile but I'm not receiving the text messages to port out? The other carrier put in the request twice and still nothing.

@nizzybardhi   is your PM account still active? Can you receive regular text from friends?

 

Since the new carrier has tried twice already, it is time to open ticket with PM Support and have them confirm please use this direct link:          https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/Lc9xk8

 

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

Do you leave PM SIM in your phone? That is where you will get porting SMS...

And both accounts have to be active in order to port.

@nizzybardhi hi you must leave public sim in your phone to receive message you have 90 minutes to respond yes also your Public account must be active
