I've tried to port my number out from Public Mobile but I'm not receiving the text messages to port out? The other carrier put in the request twice and still nothing.

Do you leave PM SIM in your phone? That is where you will get porting SMS...
And both accounts have to be active in order to port.

@nizzybardhi hi you must leave public sim in your phone to receive message you have 90 minutes to respond yes also your Public account must be active
