My phone service stopped last night. I'm unable to text and call. When people call me they get the message "6UC2 The number you have reached is not in service". I've verified that my payments are up to date and I've reset the radio on my phone. Also, before service stopped people were reporting that my phone number had changed.

HI @scottishforbes ok. Then no sim jack. No need to worry
do you have another phone around? try to put the PM sim card in to the other phone and check if it works
If still not working, open ticket with CS agent and they can check the account or reprovision the sim card
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

HI @scottishforbes How long you have been with PM? did you join last month and requested porting?
But first, can you login to My Account? Check the profile page and see if the phone number is correct and if the sim card number is correct too
