How long has it been since your last payment? Your account would have been deactivated if it has been ~ 4 months.
If that's not the case and you're just locked out because you forgot all your credentials, contact CS for help:
Open a ticket via:
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html (faster response time)
Type "ticket" > Click "Contact Us" > Select your issue > "Click here to submit a ticket↗"
or send a private message to:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
and describe your issue. Include your name,phone #, account #, Email address,4-digit PIN to speed up authentication process.

Have you ever registered for a Self Serve account?
If not, you can create one here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Once registered and logged in, navigate to the PAYMENT tab, and remove/change your credit card connected to the account, see bottom, left corner below:

i suggest you close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
and try open one Browser incognito mode,
you can try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,
or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and them will reset for you,

You might have triggered a one hour temp. lock.
after the 1 hour, try the Forgot Password link. If you entered the correct email , then answer the security question and you can reset the password
if you still unable to get the password reset that way, you will have to open ticket with PM using the chatbot. click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot
Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
Type: forgot log in information
Then Click "Contact Us" , and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
