Trying to make payment to my account

I’m trying to make a payment to my account to get my services back on, but I keep getting an error even when I dial *611 I get an error when making a payment as well anyone else?

The website (and the app) are affectively down this morning (Tues 9/26) for me (Ontario).  The one time I was able to get something my account was all messed up.

Give it an hour or two then try again.

@Taraboschma1 try again incognito private mode or from another device or browser . Also trying the app is good option too . If still no luck please submitticketbwithbsupoort to help you gain access and update credit card info
