Hi,
I purchased a physical SIM card thru the PM website a few days ago. (This is to replace my wife's card as her iPhone says it can't find the SIM card anymore. My wife is also a PM subscriber.)
My statement shows that the payment went thru, but I was informed that there might be an issue getting the physical card to me. Can you pls help me get the card?

Please never post personal information here. You can delete by clicking on the circle with the upside down v beside the clock upper right.
SIM cards can take up to 3 weeks to receive, without the CP issues.
You can keep waiting, or find a Telus/Koodo/mobile Klink store and purchase a new one.
Or order from Amazon its $5 and quick delivery.
Then you can ask PM employee to update the new number and credit you for the extra purchase.

It can take up to 10 business days for physical SIM cards to arrive. I will escalate your post for CSA_PM to check the status of your order.
SIM cards rarely break down. You might want to try to open up the SIM card tray and re- insert to see if that makes things work again.
