sometimes got error, then wait couple hours ok. you may complete the changes later.

When using self service clear your browser cache and go incognito. If you do not know your password try the Forgot your password link.

@maisiesansome12   you have problem logging in?

 

did you try to use the Reset Password link?  enter your email address and wait for the reset password email to arrive

 

if that does not work, please open ticket with PM support and they can sort it out for you
