Were you charged a second time AFTER you tried to change your plan, payment may have gone through for the new plan. If today was your renewal day you may have been charged for your renewal and a new plan.
You should wait a few hours and see if your account shows your new plan, it may have gone through.

Double charging sounds like it is changing plans. Charging each time it does it. I'm wondering if there is a caching issue or some pros other cosmetic issue that is not showing the update instantly. Maybe try logging out, CTRL-F5 (if on Windows) to hard refresh the page and log back in and see if it is showing your new plan.

I've tried all of that and nothing works...so frustrating! this is ontop of them double charging me today

Have you tried clearing your cache or a different browser? Also being in incognito or private mode has helped some people as well
