I have a new SIM, and a number, but when the app indicated it was sending a code to my phone to confirm (through Eversafe), it never arrived. Now my phone recognizes the new number, but it won't connect. And I cannot get into a screen on the app that will activate?

is this a new sim card on existing account or new sim card with new account ??
if you click Didn't receive code on the 2FA screen, is there a Send email choice?
