Switch to new points

I have a question about new points in May ?I have some old rewards, should I switch from old rewards to new points program  before May 01  by myself or the public mobile switch by automatic?thanks

As of May 2024 all $ rewards will disappear and all future rewards will be shown as points.

Your current rewards should appear as 'funds available' for next payment. Otherwise I am not aware if any $ could be converted to points.
As on May you will not see any autopay not loyalty dollars. Your referral $ will be come points.

The switch will be automatic. Best to leave it as is as if you renew before the switch happens you will get one more $$ rewards discount subtracted from your bill.

@Shirly19 hey, I too will be switched over to the points system.  I have not made any changes. I think it's best to leave as is and let PM do everything.  Switching yourself you might risks loosing any benefits you would have been given.
