Good afternoon!
Recently had to get a device, though we already have over 10 devices online with Public Mobile.
I bought a Ulefone Note 21, which is a 4G phone running Android 14.
Previous Ulefones (an X13, Power Armor 14, Note 18) have all worked flawlessly. However, when in a call on the Note 21, the signal indicator goes into 3G mode, and the VoLTE icon shows up.
There is no selection in the connections menu to enable/disable VoLTE. I did the *#*#4636#*#* trick, and the VoLTE Provisioning selection is grayed out, I can't activate it.
Checked my wife's Ulefone X13 which runs on Android 13, and there is a selection to enable/disable the VoLTE in the connections menu. And her phone does not flip over to 3G during calls either. Same with the 5G capable Note 18, it has a HD icon that shows up, and stays in 5G mode while in calls.
The link to check device compatibility doesn't seem to work so before I go try to bug anyone, I thought I'd ask if anyone else has experienced this, and if they managed to resolve it?
Thanks!

if the phone is not VoLTE allowed on PM network, it simply cannot, it is not a device settings but a settings that PM system needs to allow
so, your phone, and as far as I know for other Ulefone as well, is not VoLTE capable here. It might in the future, but not at the moment.
