Hi, I recently changed my plan to a 20gb uscanmex plan (costing me 20bucks) cause I needed the data, I'm trying to revert back to my old plan which the 15 bucks 100 minutes, 250mb thingy but I don't see it. I can't see even my current plan! The plans on change subscription vs plans on shop tab on public mobile are different! I've attached photos: 1st is the shop tab (I've set my location correctly) and the 2nd image is my change subscription window. Can anyone please let me know what is happening and how to get my old plan. Thanks In Advance!!!Shop tabShop tab

In most (all) cases once you upgrade your plan you are not able to downgrade it to a cheaper plan.

Unfortunately you are stuck with plan you have. Mind you, current $15 plan is Canada wide unlimited calls/sms including 500MB of data.

Check regularly your account PM might offer that $15 plan to wider audience sometime in the future.

unfortunately you cannot change to plans that are not offered on your My Account-> Change Subscription page.  And the $15 plan is more a legacy plan now, so, there is really no way of going back to it.  Sorry

Hello,

instead of changing your subscription on the renewal date, I think you choose to change it now, and once you chose the new subscription and the old one wipes off from the screen and may in the near future you might see it again,

I also just change my subscription from $15 (100 mins)plan to canada wide unlimited plan,

My suggestions is to keep checking your account and you might find a better plan in near future,

best luck and regards

@Tushar06  Shoot that sucks , but public mobile has made it more difficult to downgrade plan price , you just have to keep checking your account for targeted offers just for you . Good plans come and go all the time . But sept back to school and Black Friday and Xmas / Boxing Day we usually see all carries offer some nice deals but can prop up at anytime just keep your eyes peeled by checking every other day u till you find somthing that works best for you
