Trouble with my Service

Hello, I'm having trouble making and receiving calls.. it's asking me to call *611 but not giving me any helpful tips. 

Please help resolve this issue ASAP because I am expecting an important phone call..

turn off device take out SIM card and reinsert back on. or tried SIM card in other deivce.

Yes, my account is showing active. My next subscription date is showing as September 14.

HI @Nuel90   did you check if your account is Active?  Login to My Account and see if your account status is showing Active

 

Also, try reboot your phone once

 

And your can use Mobile Data?  is it connecting to PM network at all?

you try to use your phone in a different location?
