How to turn notifications I receive by email regarding posts to topics I follow/read but to leave notifications regarding Bravos, Solutions?

Way to many emails are coming to my mailbox...

Subscriptions & Notifications - My settings - Community (publicmobile.ca)

is will see those

Turn off all email notifications  put it check mark,

Automatically subscribe me to all topics or reviews I participate in  put it check mark,

and save.

You may disable emails regarding the topics you participate by going to:
My settings > Preferences > Preference options

and then untick "Automatically subscribe me to topics or reviews I participate in"
