cannot access my accounts

I have 2 PM phones.  Cannot access my accounts.  Last logged in with old website that just needed phone numbers.  Cannot register in new site. Just goes round and round chatbot sucks big time.  I want to access my accounts.

use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

then  Reset Password

or To Login Page  or Login Page Rewards

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,

can't login then contact support team by CS_Agent  to reset.

No the old site needed the registered email address and password.

Maybe try a different browser or even device or use incognito mode.

It's still the registered email address and password.
