Hi,
I'm having trouble transferring my phone #. I just purchased a plan, and when I enter the phone # I want to transfer it brings me to a white screen with "continue" at the top and nothing else.

try again using Incgonito mode and see if it works
if not, maybe pick a new number first. Once activated and everything working, you can login My Account and request porting there.
Also, just be safe, check if your number can be ported first
