Trouble switching to new plan

<span;>My account renewal date was yesterdat Sunday Nov. 6th.  On Saturday Nov 5th I updated my account from a 1 gb $25 plan to your new 5 gb $40 plan.
<span;>On Sunday and today your site shows that I payed for the new plan, but shows no evidence of the new plan being in effect.  In fact it shows that I have used up all of my data.  Please, can you rectify this, before I become very frustrated?

I have tried those things and I still have the issue, and end up with no data.

 

But I will try doing it again.

@Terrybaskin hi have you tried clearing your cache and using a different browser in private or ingognito mode? sign back in to see if your account updates with the new plan

To log in to your account if it shows incorrect info: Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.
