Not sure what the problem is. I can log in to my account but instead of being able to look at anything or change add one etc. It just tells me to pick a plan and finish setting up my subscription.

Did you activate many years ago at a store? When Public Mobile started the EverSafe logins, members who never made a login were stuck because they couldn't covert to the new login in system in an easy way like others could.

some how the system cannot find your My Acocunt. You will need to ask PM support agent to sort it out for you.
