Not sure what the problem is. I can log in to my account but instead of being able to look at anything or change add one etc. It just tells me to pick a plan and finish setting up my subscription. 

Does anyone know of any way to talk to a representative to help? When i bought my daughters phone, I wasn't able to add it to my account because it said my email was already taken. So I used my email address from a company I was working for at the ti...
