When i bought my daughters phone, I wasn't able to add it to my account because it said my email was already taken. So I used my email address from a company I was working for at the time but now I have been gone from there for several years and dont remember what the email was and I need to update payment information on her plan. When I selected that I forgot the email address, it said it has sent a link to the email on file to reset which is incredibly infuriating for obvious reasons and the robot helpers in the chat are useless
