Trouble getting ticket in to unsuspecting my account

I think I missed a day phone was on hold now went to unsuspend and account is gone need it back

@Deemufford1   If your account is gone are you sure you haven't gone 90 days since your last payment expired?  If you want to check with customer service use this link to send a private message

You do not need agent for this action. Only if it is not renewed after payment agent might assist you.

When you sign in if you make a payment for your phone plan your account should be unsuspended.
