How can I contact customer service and actually talk to a person?

The wait for customer service agent response is longer than usual.  Depending on issue, can take 1-2 days for response.  

Is there a specific issue that community members can help out with?  Often, many issues do not need CSA help.

 you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen  or send  a  private message   To CS_Agent

PM support is all online. So you can either post your question here and community members, customers, can try to help

or if you like proper support agent to help, then submit ticket  with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
