if you call 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter your phone number, can the system find your account?
if the system can find it and you just cannot login, ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

What was the issue? how long you lost the service? Maybe the account was suspended over 90 days? If that is the case, account would have been closed
if the account was suspended less than 90 days, can you login?
