No for mexico unfortunatly. Can and USA only. Theres many cheap mexico options on amazon.ca pick one with good reviews.

If your phone can use E-Sim's you can get very reasonable data sim from Airalo.com then use Apps to communicate such as Fongo, WhatApp Etc

No, Public Mobile works only in Canada and US. You can purchase a travel SIM or use services like TextNow or WhatsApp.

@Jay302 No, PM only works in Canada and - with a US add-on or US/Canada plan - in the US.
