Not a great start to PM.
I received an SMS saying the number transfer didn't work.
They included the following link to contact them https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat
Except the link in invalid! lol
Yes, I've already sent a message to cs_agent but come on, maybe don't send out wrong link.
Any faster way to get this resolved?

porting support team can help. Call them and they can tell you the status and re-initiate the porting request for you. I have sent you the number to your Community inbox already
