Trouble adding new payment method

Hi! I need to change my payment method on public mobile but it won’t let be change my credit card without saying “oops there was trouble completing this request, try again later” even tho all the information is correct. It’s suspended my account in the meantime and I’m not getting text messages/calls and need to

3 hours, 2 different accounts to change an expiry number on both! “Oopsy try again later” for 2 days!!!

The CA’s don’t make enough money to handle nonsense issues like this all day because the system doesn’t work properly. Garbage

@Missriver2 curious, PM support came back and resolved the issue yet?  they helped you to add the new card info there?

Just waisted 3 hours today doing the exact same thing for two different accounts!!! The system is garbage. Go directly to the private message!!!

Also, too many failed attempts may temporarily lock your card due to fraud lock. So wait 1+ hours before you try again when the lock should be lifted.

 hi if change browser doesn't work for you then contact a customer service agent to manually add it for you

Try clearing your browser cache and history. Close browser and open a new browser window in incognito. Chrome works well.
