I am currently on vacation and used points I had earned to get a US talk and text 5GB plan for 15 days. I am for some reason unable to access my voicemail and can't figure out why.
try calling Public Mobile voicemail access number 1-778-580-4001 or 1-289-680-4001 , then enter your phone number and VM password and see if it works that way
