Tried to log into public mobile account to update payment info, but forgotten account number. Not able to verify information to login.

@Mainguyen2024 Do you see option for “didn’t get code “ tap it and you should have option to send code to email instead , if still no luck let support help you gain access again to your account

you don't really need your account number to login to Public Mobile My Account for validation.
when you login, all it needs is your email address for login, and password. PM will then send a 2FA code to your phone, or you can choose email
